As an Influencer Outreach Lead, you will own KSHM's influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role focused on strategy, relationship-building, and execution ideal for someone who understands creator psychology, communicates persuasively, and builds long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

Own and scale KSHM's influencer and creator ecosystem across platforms

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with micro, mid, and macro influencers

Lead influencer outreach, pitching, negotiations, and onboarding conversations

Build long-term, value-driven partnerships beyond transactional collaborations

Collaborate closely with creative, social, and performance teams on campaigns and launches

Brief influencers clearly while enabling authentic creative expression

Manage contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for influencer partnerships

Track and analyze influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)

Optimize influencer strategy using data, insights, and experimentation

Stay ahead of creator trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments

Support UGC, affiliate, and community-led growth initiatives

What we are looking for:

36 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management

Graduate from a Tier-1 college/university or background in Psychology, Communications, Media, Marketing, or related fields

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Deep understanding of creator psychology and incentive structures

Proven ability to build trust and long-term creator relationships

Strong eye for content quality, storytelling, and brand alignment

Data-driven mindset with comfort in measuring performance and ROI

Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes

Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
