Job Title: Influencer Operations Manager

Creators Gram is looking for an Influencer Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across creator management, campaign execution, and team processes ensuring seamless collaboration between creators, brand teams, and internal stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations: Lead and streamline influencer campaign workflows from onboarding to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Creator Coordination: Manage relationships with assigned creators, addressing queries, briefs, performance tracking, and long-term engagement programs.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with brand strategy, talent management, and finance teams for campaign alignment, deliverable updates, and performance reporting.
Process Optimization: Develop and iterate on operational frameworks, automation tools, and creator data dashboards to improve efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Create reporting pipelines to track campaign metrics, deliverable statuses, and creator performance insights.
Team Enablement: Train and support junior team members in campaign tracking, creator onboarding, and internal documentation.
Key Skills & Requirements
35 years of experience in influencer marketing operations, talent management, or campaign delivery within an agency setup.
Strong understanding of influencer campaign lifecycles (briefing, content review, reporting, payments).
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and internal workflow optimization tools (Airtable, Notion, or similar).
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data tracking.
Collaborative and agile attitude towards managing fast-paced, multi-brand campaigns.
Nice To Have
Prior experience managing influencer marketing campaigns for major brands or platforms.
Exposure to YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content ecosystems.
Interest in creator economy trends and digital-first storytelling.
