Role Overview:
The Team Lead – Influencer Marketing will manage multiple campaigns, oversee execution, and lead a team handling brand collaborations with influencers. This role requires strong campaign management skills and deep understanding of the creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- Build influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Manage a team of influencer marketing executives/associates
- Identify and build relationships with relevant creators across categories
- Oversee campaign negotiations, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth communication between brands, creators, and internal teams
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and insights
- Stay updated with influencer trends, platform changes, and creator opportunities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing
- Experience managing brand campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Strong network within the creator ecosystem is a plus
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
