Influencer Marketing & Talent Management Intern

RCLASHERS Media is hiring an Influencer Marketing & Talent Management Intern to support creator partnerships, campaign execution, and talent management operations. If you're passionate about the creator economy, social media, and brand collaborations, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Connect with creators via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM for onboarding and collaborations.
• Coordinate with creators for campaign briefs, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage creator relationships and support exclusive talent management.
• Maintain campaign trackers, creator CRM, and onboarding records.
• Assist the team in executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in influencer marketing, talent management, and digital content.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator collaborations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
