This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging with relevant influencers, developing and managing collaborative campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining influencer relationships, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging. Collaboration with in-house teams to align influencer marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies will also be critical to success in this role.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, campaign management, and building influencer relationships
• Experience in social media strategy, trend analysis, and content collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset with skills in analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-based, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in influencer marketing and awareness of the latest trends in the field is advantageous
