Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive who loves social media, follows creator trends, and enjoys building relationships. You'll connect with YouTubers, Instagram creators, and content creators globally to build meaningful collaborations and partnerships for VeeFly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go Global: Identify and reach out to international YouTubers, influencers, and content creators for collaborations and partnerships.
• Build Relationships: Develop genuine, long-term relationships with creators beyond one-time collaborations.
• Co-create Content: Work with creators to brainstorm and execute content aligned with their audience and VeeFly's goals.
• Track Performance: Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and creator outcomes.
• Be the Bridge: Connect VeeFly's marketing objectives with the creator ecosystem.
• Spot Talent: Research and identify emerging creators with strong potential and audience relevance.

Who You Are

• 0–1 year of experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant internships or hands-on experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident in cold outreach through emails and DMs.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for YouTube, Instagram, creators, and the digital ecosystem.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram creator ecosystems.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media analytics.
• Basic negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to evaluate creators based on engagement, content quality, and audience relevance.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
