We are looking for a proactive and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our influencer partnerships and collaboration initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our influencer strategy, building authentic relationships, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through creative and data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's voice, values, and target audience.
- Design campaign frameworks and collaboration structures that drive storytelling, product visibility, and consumer engagement across platforms.
- Oversee product seeding programs, ensuring strategic placement and timely delivery of new launches to influencers.
Relationship Management & Partnership Growth
- Build and maintain long-term, high-impact relationships with key influencers and creators, fostering loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Negotiate deliverables, compensation, and contracts to ensure mutual value, brand alignment, and campaign ROI.
- Act as the primary liaison between influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution of campaigns.
Performance Measurement & Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate actionable insights and detailed reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Continuously refine influencer selection and campaign approach based on performance data and audience feedback.
Industry Research & Trend Forecasting
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and evolving social media platforms.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience analysis to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor industry shifts and consumer behavior to ensure content and partnerships remain fresh and relevant.
Creative Direction & Content Integration
- Partner with the creative and content teams to develop compelling influencer-driven content aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Provide strategic and creative input to influencers to ensure authentic, high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Lead the integration of influencer content into broader marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, content management tools, and analytics dashboards.
