Influencer Marketing Specialist/Manager

Location - Gurugram

Role & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across multiple categories (macro, micro, nano) to drive brand

awareness and conversions.

• Lead negotiations and partnership models (barter, paid, affiliate-based), ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness.

• Plan and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing, content approvals, timelines, and

deliverables to performance tracking.

• Supervise and guide junior team members or interns for day-to-day influencer coordination and outreach.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, agencies, and creator networks to foster

brand loyalty.

• Analyze campaign performance data (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and present insights to

leadership for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and creative teams to align influencer content with

brand campaigns and launches.

• Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and influencer categories to refine strategy and stay ahead of

competitors.

• Manage and track influencer marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring timely payments and contract

compliance.

• Represent the brand at influencer or industry events, strengthening the creator community network.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong Influencer Marketing Manager / Influencer Marketing Specialist profiles
  • Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
  • Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have experience independently managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including influencer identification, onboarding, negotiations, content approvals, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Mandatory (Experience 3) – Proven experience working with Macro, Micro, and Nano influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, driving both brand awareness and performance-led campaigns.
  • Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience in influencer outreach, relationship management, contract negotiations, and partnership models such as Paid, Barter, Affiliate, and Revenue Share collaborations.
  • Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience tracking influencer campaign metrics such as Reach, Engagement, Conversions, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Preferred (Tools) – Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Qoruz, Winkl, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or similar creator management tools.
  • Preferred (Experience 1) – Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, interns, agencies, or creator outreach teams.
  • Preferred (Domain) – Candidates from D2C Wellness, Health Supplements, Nutrition, Personal Care, Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, Consumer Brands, or FMCG companies will be highly preferred.
