About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to help growand manage our influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strongunderstanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and brand campaigns. This roleinvolves identifying influencers, executing campaigns, and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and otherplatforms

Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns

Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and delivery

Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers

Track campaign performance and create reports

Maintain a database of influencers and update regularly

Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and new influencers

Support brand and marketing teams in campaign planning

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)

01 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer trends

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Creative mindset with attention to detail
