Role Overview

We're looking for a high-ownership, street-smart growth operator to build and scale Telegram Promoters and YouTube Influencers as a core acquisition channel for Jumbo.

This role is about cracking deals, building deep relationships, beating competition, and owning PnL

What You'll Own

• Make Jumbo the #1 Gamified E-commerce application promoted on Telegram
• Build and scale YouTube as a new high-impact acquisition channel
• Own end-to-end influencer and promoter relationships
• Drive promoter retention, revenue retention, and ROI

Key Responsibilities

Promoter Acquisition & Scaling

• Identify, onboard, and activate high-quality sports & cricket Telegram promoters/Influencers.
• Crack competitive commercial deals
• Ensure all relevant promoters are actively promoting Jumbo

Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term relationships with promoters and creators
• Act as the primary point of contact for all promoter needs and queries
• Retain top promoters

YouTube Influencer Growth

• Launch and scale influencer acquisition via YouTube
• Design campaigns focused on quality users and revenue impact

Performance & Optimization

• Track performance across promoters and influencers
• Optimize the promoter mix based on performance insights
• Push high performers with better incentives and deeper partnerships

Systems, PnL & Payments

• Build an end-to-end system for onboarding, content, tracking, and payouts
• Own channel PnL, budgets, ROI, and payment approvals
• Resolve disputes, escalations, and commercial issues smoothly

Requirements

• Strong sales mindset with hustler approach
• Excellent at dealing with desi promoters and creators
• Comfortable negotiating, following up, and closing deals
• Experience with Telegram promoters or influencer networks
• Background in e-commerce, fantasy, gaming, or consumer internet startups is a plus
