Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist (German Speaking), you'll play a key role in discovering and connecting with influencers across German and English-speaking markets. You'll help us build meaningful relationships and execute influencer marketing strategies that make an impact.

Responsibilities will include:

Research & Source: Identify and shortlist quality influencers following provided brand guidelines.

Outreach: Communicate with influencers via email and DMs, introducing gifting brand collaborations. You will be responsible for sending them outreach messages, campaign briefs, invitations, and collaboration guidelines ensuring clear communication and smooth onboarding of each influencer.

Data Management: Maintain clean and organized influencer data (social links, emails, engagement metrics) in Google Sheets.

Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing head to ensure alignment and achieve campaign goals.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on influencer trends and social media best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English (spoken & written)

Experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing

Bachelor's degree or current student in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Passion for social media trends and the digital landscape.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Comfortable using Google Sheets and digital tools for research.

Analytical skills and ability to assess campaign performance.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur

Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
