Location: Gurgaon (Fully Onsite)I Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week

About the Role

We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Manager with proven expertise in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment, excels at leading teams, handling large-scale campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns from discovery, outreach, and negotiations to contracting, execution, monitoring, and final reporting.
  • Influencer & Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong networks with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to secure high-impact collaborations.
  • Client Communication & Escalations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery, timely updates, and professional handling of any escalations from brands or influencers.
  • Negotiation & Budget Optimization: Negotiate costs and terms with influencers/agents to maximize campaign ROI while staying within budget.
  • Operational Efficiency: Deliver campaigns on tight deadlines without compromising on quality standards.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed post-campaign reports with key insights, tracking KPIs, ROI, and deliverables.
  • Large-Scale Campaign Handling: Manage high-budget, multi-influencer, and multi-platform campaigns with seamless coordination.

Key Requirements

  • 6 months - 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing operations, ideally in a digital agency or brand setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and guiding small teams.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent client management skills, including strong communication and escalation handling.
  • Established network in the influencer ecosystem (influencers, managers, and agencies).
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Direct experience handling big-ticket, high-budget influencer campaigns.
