About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to drive impactful collaborations with content creators and influencers. This role involves identifying the right talent, managing campaigns end-to-end, and building strong influencer relationships to amplify brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials
  • Coordinate campaign execution from briefing to final delivery
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports (reach, engagement, ROI)
  • Stay updated with social media trends and emerging creators
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across influencer content

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media / digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem and platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics
