About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to drive impactful collaborations with content creators and influencers. This role involves identifying the right talent, managing campaigns end-to-end, and building strong influencer relationships to amplify brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials
- Coordinate campaign execution from briefing to final delivery
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports (reach, engagement, ROI)
- Stay updated with social media trends and emerging creators
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across influencer content
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem and platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics
