What You'll Do:

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies.
• Strategize and execute influencer-led campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Track performance metrics and optimize collaborations for better ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Assist in content planning and ideation to enhance brand storytelling.

Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or social media.
• A social media enthusiast who understands influencer trends and digital marketing.
• Open-minded, creative, and willing to experiment with new formats and ideas.
• Great at communication and building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple collaborations.
• Based in Mumbai and open to working from our CST (Ballard Estate, Fort) office.
