Job Description

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and brand ambassadors.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
  • Coordinate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
  • Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain a database of influencers categorized by industry, niche, and audience demographics.
  • Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Manage campaign reports and present insights to management with recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Handle campaign documentation, contracts, and payment coordination with finance teams.
