Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms
  • Manage all aspects of influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and content briefing
  • Coordinate and track content delivery, approvals, and performance timelines
  • Collaborate with social media, PR, and brand teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Maintain and update the influencer CRM or database
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, influencer behavior, FTC guidelines, and competitor strategies
  • Support or manage affiliate and ambassador programs
  • Leverage tools such as GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or manual sourcing to scale programs

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborations
  • Proven ability to execute successful influencer campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator culture
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and budget management experience
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign data and optimize future efforts
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign management tools
  • Self-starter with excellent project management and time management abilities
  • Passion for branding, content, and digital culture
