About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative
Influencer Marketing Manager to lead regional creator partnerships and drive high-impact influencer campaigns for
NIAT and associated NxtWave brands. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and execution to connect with India's next generation of learners and professionals across North and South regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Design region-specific creator plans for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that resonate with youth and tech communities.
- Integrate influencer storytelling into broader brand campaigns and intellectual properties (IPs).
Creator & Partnership Management
- Identify and onboard creators from student influencers to tech educators who authentically represent the brand.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and agencies.
- Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and timelines ensuring mutual benefit and quality.
Campaign Execution & Quality
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: briefing, content review, deliverables, and approvals.
- Provide creative inputs to maintain the brand's aspirational and futuristic tone.
- Collaborate with social and video teams to amplify influencer content across digital channels.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance reach, engagement, ROI, and conversions.
- Identify top-performing creators for recurring or ambassador partnerships.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on insights and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal brand, content, and social media teams to strengthen storytelling impact.
- Coordinate with influencer marketing agencies to scale regional outreach and discover emerging creator categories.
Market & Trend Awareness
- Stay current with social media trends, creator movements, and new content formats.
- Experiment with innovative platforms and campaign types to keep NIAT at the forefront of the creator economy.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing (brand or agency side).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, creator ecosystems, and Gen Z content trends.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with analytical reporting capabilities.
- Creative thinker with a strong grasp of youth, tech, and education narratives.
