Job Summary :
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands that the future of influence is not about reach, but relevance, credibility, and culture. You will be responsible for building a next-generation influencer and KOL engine that goes beyond transactional collaborations and instead creates long-term brand affinity, community, and cultural impact.
Responsibilities:
Move beyond paid posts and discount codes. Build a strategy rooted in credibility, storytelling, and long-term partnerships.
Discover and nurture Key Opinion Leaders across automotive, tech, design, fitness, creators, and emerging culture spaces. Focus on depth of influence, not just follower count.
Design campaigns and collaborations that feel native, aspirational, and culturally relevant. Think launches, drops, rides, experiences, not just content.
Turn creators into brand advocates and insiders. Create a strong inner circle of voices who genuinely believe in the brand.
Ensure influencer-led content drives both brand affinity and measurable business outcomes, especially in high-consideration purchase journeys.
Stay ahead of shifts in creator culture, platforms, and formats. Experiment with new ways of storytelling and distribution.
Work closely with brand, content, and performance teams to ensure influencer efforts are integrated into the larger marketing engine.
