Role OverviewWe are seeking adynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Managerwith a strong background in theskincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive conversions, and support new product launches. This role requires hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations, working with agencies, and analyzing campaign performance through measurable, result-driven metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensiveinfluencer marketing strategyto strengthen The Wellness Shop's brand presence across digital platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate withhigh-quality influencers, content creators, and celebrity partnersaligned with the brand's positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withinfluencer marketing agenciesto ensure seamless execution and performance tracking.
- Strategically plan and manage influencer campaigns fornew product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and contracts with influencers and agencies while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Define and monitor keyperformance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, EMV, ROI, etc.)for all influencer activities.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
- Collaborate closely with thecreative, digital marketing, and product teamsto ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
- Identify new opportunities and emerging influencer trends to scale brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, communication tone, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum4 years of experience in influencer marketingwithin theskincare, beauty, or clean beauty industry.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns throughagencies and direct collaborations.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, tools, andperformance metrics(CPE, CPM, ROI, engagement, conversions).
- Demonstrated success in executing campaigns withmeasurable business impactand scaling brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
