In this role, you are responsible for shaping how influencer marketing, creator collaborations, partnerships, and cultural integrations contribute to both brand impact and business growth.
You view outreach as a powerful extension of brand storytelling and play a key role in ensuring that it is integrated into larger campaign ecosystems across the agency.
Beyond campaign thinking, you oversee the overall health, scale, and commercial performance of the outreach function.
You work closely with leadership across Brand Experience, Creative, Strategy, and Business teams to build strong creator ecosystems, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen SoCheers influence in the creator economy.
You also mentor and guide senior outreach leaders, building a strong, future-ready team that can deliver both creative excellence and operational scale.
What will you do
Lead the outreach vertical within SoCheers, ensuring it operates as a strong strategic and commercial capability for the agency.
Own the P&L for the outreach function, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, healthy margins, and efficient resource utilisation.
Shape long-term outreach strategy across influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand collaborations, and cultural integrations.
Identify and develop new outreach-led offerings, formats, and opportunities that expand SoCheers capabilities in the creator ecosystem.
Partner with Business, Brand Experience, and Strategy teams to integrate outreach thinking into large campaigns, pitches, and brand mandates.
Contribute to new business development by shaping outreach strategies, creator ecosystems, and partnership ideas that strengthen proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, platforms, and ecosystem partners to expand SoCheers network and influence.
Oversee outreach planning and execution across brands to ensure consistency in quality, narrative alignment, and campaign impact.
Mentor Group Heads and senior outreach leaders, strengthening leadership capabilities across the function.
Drive team structure, capability building, and hiring in partnership with leadership to support the growth of the outreach vertical.
Resolve complex client, commercial, or partnership challenges when required while maintaining long-term client trust.
Continuously evaluate performance, market trends, and creator landscape shifts to ensure the outreach function evolves with the industry.
