Influencer Marketing Manager

So Pastel is a social-first growth agency in Bangalore. We build brands for D2C and consumer companies, and we're hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to run creator campaigns for our client brands end to end.

What you'll do

• Find and shortlist the right creators for each brand, and spot fake followers and bad fits before we pay anyone

• Negotiate fair rates, usage rights and timelines, and keep creators happy to work with us again

• Write clear creator briefs: the message, must-says, what not to claim, and ASCI disclosure

• Plan campaigns against a budget, with a mix of macro, micro and nano creators

• Track every creator with codes and links, and report on what sold, not just what got views

• Handle approvals before anything goes live, and fix problems fast when something goes wrong

• Be the main point of contact for clients on influencer work

What we're looking for

• 2+ years running influencer campaigns at an agency or a D2C brand

• A network of creators across lifestyle, food, fitness or beauty, mainly on Instagram

• Comfortable with numbers: engagement, cost per order, return on spend

• Confident negotiating, and good at writing DMs and briefs

• Knows ASCI influencer guidelines and Instagram's paid partnership tools

• Organised enough to run 10+ creators across brands at once

Nice to have

• Experience with partnership ads or whitelisting, and reusing creator content in paid ads

How we hire

Apply with links to creator campaigns you've run, with numbers if you have them. Shortlisted candidates get a short test task (about 90 minutes, built around a made-up brand), then a call with us and a visit to our studio. We aim to go from application to offer in about a week.
