Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with influencers to ensure successful engagement. The manager will monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and drive improvements based on data while staying updated on trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy
• Skills in Negotiation, Relationship Building, and Communication
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation for campaigns
• Familiarity with current trends in Tech and Social Media platforms
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects and workflows effectively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the tech or digital creator space is a plus
