Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating potential influencer partners, managing outreach and negotiation, and coordinating campaigns from brief to execution. The Influencer Marketing Manager will track performance metrics, optimize ongoing partnerships, and report on campaign ROI. The role also involves collaborating closely with the brand, content, and sales teams to ensure influencer efforts align with broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, sourcing, and managing influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and emerging trends in digital and creator economies.
  • Skills in campaign planning, contract negotiation, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft briefs and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, or wellness brands is a plus; passion for healthy, organic products is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
