Job Title: Manager – Influencer Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead influencer campaigns, drive business growth, and manage client relationships while overseeing team performance and campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand brand objectives to develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
• Receive, decode, and lead execution of briefs and campaigns.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, including negotiations and partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and delivery.
• Drive innovative campaign ideas and proactively pitch concepts to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and present insights on engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and campaign profitability.
• Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, and payment follow-ups.
• Act as the primary POC for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct industry research to identify trends, formats, and new opportunities.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring task prioritization and timely delivery across brands.

Preferred Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in influencer/digital marketing (agency preferred).
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong pitching and presentation abilities.
• Experience in budget management and team leadership.
