About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, and brand collaborations across multiple categories including beauty, lifestyle, fashion, tech, FMCG, and consumer brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign planning, influencer sourcing, brand servicing, negotiation, execution, and reporting, along with the ability to contribute towards business growth through strategic pitches and creator-led campaign ideas.

This role requires someone who understands social media trends, creator ecosystems, branded storytelling, and performance-driven influencer strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and brand stakeholders.
  • Develop influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, campaign KPIs, and audience insights.
  • Identify and onboard relevant creators across categories and budgets.
  • Handle campaign execution including outreach, negotiation, briefing, coordination, approvals, and timely delivery.
  • Create campaign plans, pitch decks, content ideas, and creator recommendation strategies for brands.
  • Work closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights for future optimizations.
  • Manage influencer budgets, commercial negotiations, and profitability tracking.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, creator trends, and platform updates.
  • Support business development through influencer-led pitch ideas, branded IPs, and innovative content formats including micro dramas and storytelling-based campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members/interns and streamline campaign operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.
