What We're Looking For:

• 13 years of experience in marketing, content, influencer marketing, or brand roles
• Passion for consumer internet, creators, and viral culture
• Ability to work across multiple projects and marketing channels simultaneously
• Strong communication, copywriting, and coordination skills
• Analytical mindsetcomfortable tracking performance and iterating
• Startup experience is a big plus
• Bonus: Experience with influencer platforms, paid ads, or social media tools

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Planning & executing marketing campaigns across influencer, content, and social channels
• Identifying and coordinating with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Collaborating with content and design teams to build marketing assets
• Supporting brand partnerships, events, and offline activations when needed
• Tracking campaign performance, updating dashboards, and proposing optimization ideas
• Assisting in building and maintaining marketing databases and outreach workflows
• Exploring new trends, formats, and creator communities for user growth

Compensation: 710 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Working hours are 10 AM 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
