Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful influencer-led campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the creator ecosystem and proven expertise in driving brand growth through influencer collaborations across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across nano, micro, and macro tiers.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and UGC.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and partners.
- Define campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize ROI.
- Repurpose influencer-generated content for paid ads, social media, and website use.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
- Established network of influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling influencer-led campaigns and UGC content.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics tools.
