Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, negotiating collaborations, fostering relationships with creators, developing engaging campaign strategies, and analyzing campaign performance metrics for continuous optimization. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with PR and event marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing, including identifying and managing collaborations with influencers and content creators.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing Strategies, and Campaign Optimization.
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management with creators and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of PR strategies, event management, and integrating cross-functional marketing efforts.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign data, measure ROI, and present actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • A growth mindset and passion for collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Prior experience in influencer or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
