Role Overview :
Flo Mattress is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong grip on South Indian culture, virality triggers, and regional trend cycles. The role is centered on influencer management, content direction, and scripting, backed by a performance-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Influencer Strategy & execution:
- Own influencer acquisition and management across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, TamilNadu, and Kerala.
- Identify creators with authentic cultural relevance and strong potential for virality.
- Negotiate deliverables and pricing with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
- Run campaigns end-to-end: briefing, coordination, deliverables, timelines, and performance review.
- Maintain a structured creator pipeline backed by data and trend insights.
Content , Scripting & Cultural Alignment :
- Write culturally contextual scripts suited to South-Indian humor, lifestyle, and communication style.
- Adapt messaging to match regional nuances without losing brand consistency.
- Review creator concepts, scripts, cuts, and final outputs for clarity and quality.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to build scalable content assets.
Virality ,Trends & Analysis
- Track cultural moments, regional virality patterns, meme cycles, and platform-specific trends.
- Translate trend insights into creator briefs, content angles, and campaign hooks.
- Map key regional communities and creator categories to spot emerging opportunities.
- Build a regular insights loop for the brand and performance teams.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics (CPM, CPV, CTR, CAC, ROI) across all influencer spends.
- Build weekly and monthly dashboards with clear insights and recommendations.
- Maintain a data-led repository of creators, pricing, performance history, and benchmarks.
- Run A/B tests on scripts, creators, formats, and content styles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with brand, performance, and product teams to align content and messaging.
- Integrate regional consumer insights into scripts and briefs.
- Ensure all creator content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance rules, and deadlines.
Required Skills :
- 46+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management (D2C preferred).
- Deep understanding of South-Indian cultural cues, trends, and creator ecosystems.
- Strong scriptwriting and content ideation capability.
- Skilled negotiator with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume creator operations with discipline and structure.
Language Requirement (Mandatory) :
Candidate must be fluent in minimum 2 of the following languages:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Malayalam
