Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in New Delhi. The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers to develop creative strategies that align with brand goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting influencers, negotiating partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining positive relationships with influencers. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and working cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, influencer outreach, and partnership management
  • Data analysis skills, with the ability to track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as analytics tools and CRM systems
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing unique campaign strategies
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital agencies, or brand partnerships is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
