About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who can identify the right influencers for brand campaigns, build creator-led proposals, coordinate with creators and support campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify relevant creators based on brand briefs, audience, platform, geography and category.

● Build influencer proposals with creator recommendations and commercials.

● Enquire about creator availability, commercials and deliverables.

● Maintain and regularly update the creator database, metrics and rate cards.

● Research and add new and relevant creators to the database.

● Coordinate with creators/managers for campaign requirements, briefs and deliverables.

● Support commercial negotiations and campaign execution.

● Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and their managers.

Requirements

● Strong proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil.

● Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, talent management or a related field.

● Good understanding of social media and the creator/influencer ecosystem.

● Good communication and negotiation skills.

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

● Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

● Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada is a bonus.

● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience: 0-1 Years.

Note: Malayalam is mandatory.
