Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to drive and scale our influencer strategy across online and offline channels. This role will own the end-to-end influencer ecosystem, from identifying the right voices and building relationships to crafting strategies that integrate seamlessly with brand and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute influencer marketing strategies across online and offline channels
• Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with influencers aligned with the brand
• Develop influencer campaigns that integrate with overall brand and content strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer activity with campaigns and key moments
• Oversee end-to-end execution, from outreach and negotiations to content delivery and amplification
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and communication guidelines
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, deriving insights to refine future strategies
• Stay updated on emerging creators, platforms, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant
• Explore new formats and partnerships to expand the brand's influencer ecosystem
What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand roles
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across platforms
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with creators and agencies
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand objectives into influencer-led initiatives
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Awareness of cultural trends and evolving creator ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Good to Have
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Existing network of influencers and agencies
