The Role

We are looking for people who speak Kannada or Tamil natively and understand the creator landscape in their market.

You will work across creator management and campaign execution - signing and onboarding creators, managing their brand partnerships, and delivering campaigns end-to-end. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates both. The ownership you get will match the experience you bring.

Who We're Looking For

If you're a fresher: You know who the breakout South Indian creators are before anyone else does, you understand how Instagram and YouTube work professionally, and you want to build a career in influencer marketing at a fast-growing national agency. No prior experience needed, just the right instincts.

If you're experienced: You've spent 1 or more years at an influencer marketing or creator management agency. You've managed creators, handled campaigns, and want to own a South India roster at a national agency without relocating.

What You'll Do

Creator Management

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard Kannada and Tamil creators across beauty, parenting, fashion, lifestyle, etc
• Serve as the point of contact for your creator roster: briefs, queries, negotiations, and deliverables
• Build long-term creator relationships, not just campaign-by-campaign contact

Campaign Execution

• Coordinate live campaigns: content approvals, timelines, and deliverable tracking
• Ensure creators are briefed properly and delivering on schedule
• Report campaign performance to clients and the internal team

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Kannada or Tamil speaker, this is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of the South Indian creator ecosystem on Instagram and YouTube
• Good communicator in English for internal and client coordination
• Detail-oriented and reliable: you follow through without being chased
