Influencer Marketing Internship in Gurgaon

Fin Maverick is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern who can help identify relevant creators, build influencer partnerships, manage collaborations, and support campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Shortlist creators based on their audience, engagement, content quality, niche, and suitability for Fin Maverick.
• Reach out to influencers through Instagram DMs, emails, and other communication channels for potential collaborations.
• Communicate with interested creators, explain collaboration opportunities, and coordinate campaign requirements.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercials with creators wherever required.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from initial outreach to final content delivery and posting.
• Maintain and regularly update influencer databases, including contact details, responses, collaboration status, deliverables, and campaign performance.
• Share creator briefs, affiliate links, coupon codes, campaign information, and required brand materials with selected influencers.
• Track whether influencers complete agreed deliverables, such as Reels, Stories, promotional content, and other campaign activities, on time.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, registrations, and conversions.
• Follow up with creators for pending responses, content approvals, posting timelines, and campaign requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators who perform well for the brand.
• Research influencer marketing trends, creator formats, competitor campaigns, and new collaboration opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and growth team to improve influencer campaigns based on performance and audience response.
