The Role
We're looking for driven Influencer Marketing enthusiasts to join our growing team and help shape brand narratives through strategic creator partnerships. Whether you're starting your journey or bring years of hands-on experience, this role offers room to grow, lead, and create impact. You will work closely with clients, creators, and internal teams to design campaigns that resonate with digital communities and stay ahead of trends.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution
Contribute to influencer marketing strategies across multiple client campaigns
Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and digital voices across categories
Execute influencer seeding programs, gifting campaigns, and paid collaborations
Negotiate partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators
Represent iwayworks and our clients with professionalism and creativity
Understand client goals and translate them into effective influencer activations
Trend Spotting & Innovation
Stay updated with social media, influencer marketing, and digital PR trends
Bring fresh, creative, and outside-the-box campaign ideas
Track competitor campaigns and emerging platforms
Team Collaboration & Growth
Support or lead campaign execution based on experience level
Collaborate with content, design, production, and strategy teams
Mentor junior team members (for candidates with 3+ years of experience)
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
14+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR, or related fields
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and relationship-building skills
Nice-to-Haves
Existing influencer network across lifestyle, fashion, food, parenting, tech, auto, or similar categories
Experience negotiating paid collaborations or managing ambassador programs
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Mass Communication, PR, English, or related fields
Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and analytics platforms
