Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Intern at WebRangers Talent Management in Mumbai. The internship is for a duration of 3 months and is designed to be converted into a full-time Talent Executive role upon successful completion. Please note, this position is not open to students currently pursuing a degree or individuals looking for part-time jobs or work-from-home opportunities. The intern will support our influencer marketing team with tasks such as brand outreach, influencer partnerships, and client relationship management. Responsibilities include initiating brand outreach efforts, managing communication between talent and brands, coordinating collaborations, assisting with campaign management, and providing on-set support for talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage brand outreach for collaboration opportunities.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of influencer and celebrity marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with brands, talent, and other stakeholders.
• Support talent or celebrities on set, assisting with logistics and coordination.
• Assist in creating content and marketing strategies for talent.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support social media engagement and digital presence management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Prior experience or internships in influencer marketing, celebrity management, or brand collaborations is a plus.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (but not for those currently pursuing a degree).
