TBWXpress offers a diverse, all-eggless menu of sweet, savory, vegan, and gluten-free waffles, thick shakes, and seasonal desserts that appeal to both delivery and dine-in customers. A tech-enabled, lean operational model supports strong customer ratings and fast breakeven for franchise partners, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company's mission is to deliver joy in every bite while making dessert entrepreneurship accessible and efficient.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Panchkula. The intern will support the marketing team in identifying, researching, and engaging relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms that align with TBWXpress's brand and target audience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining influencer databases, assisting with outreach and negotiations, coordinating product tastings or store visits, and tracking campaign deliverables and timelines. The intern will help draft briefs, social media copy, and basic content ideas for influencer collaborations, as well as compile performance reports using platform analytics and internal data. The role also involves supporting local store marketing initiatives, monitoring social media trends in the dessert/QSR space, and gathering customer insights from influencer-led campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Basic content skills, including drafting simple campaign briefs, social media captions, and clear email communication.
  • Comfort with data and tools: ability to use spreadsheets, basic analytics dashboards, and social media insights to track campaign performance.
  • Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple influencers, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing, operations, and store teams in an on-site environment.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Knowledge of or enthusiasm for food, QSR, or dessert brands; familiarity with the Chandigarh–Panchkula–Jalandhar market is an advantage.
  • Openness to learning, proactive attitude, and willingness to work some weekends or peak hours during campaigns or store events.
