About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to work closely with the Influencer Marketing HOD and team in managing the complete creator outreach and campaign execution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant beauty, skincare & lifestyle creators across Instagram and other platforms.

• Pitch and reach out to creators for brand collaborations.

• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms with creators.

• Follow up with creators and close/lock creators for campaigns.

• Coordinate with creators/agencies for briefs, product dispatches, content submissions, approvals, and posting.

• Maintain updated creator databases, campaign trackers, commercials, and deliverables.

• Track daily campaign progress and ensure all creator deliverables are completed on time.

• Work closely with the HOD and internal team on campaign requirements and priorities.

• Monitor pending creators, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.

• Research trending creators, viral content formats, hooks, and competitor influencer campaigns.

• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, influencers & creator marketing.

• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining trackers.

• Proactive, target-oriented, organized, and quick at execution.

• Interest in beauty, skincare, social media & influencer marketing.
