Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Noida. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and researching relevant influencers, maintaining databases, and assisting with outreach and communication. Daily tasks include coordinating briefings, helping manage campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and compiling performance reports. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align campaign goals, reviewing content for brand and guideline compliance, and contributing ideas to improve influencer activation strategies. The intern will also assist with market research, competitor analysis, and administrative tasks related to campaign documentation.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and internal coordination.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in social media, content creation, or marketing is an advantage.
