Job Description Influencer Marketing Intern
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Influencer Marketing Intern to support and scale our influencer partnerships within the skincare and beauty space. This role will involve assisting in influencer strategy, creator collaborations, and campaign execution, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through data-driven and creative initiatives.
Preference will be given to candidates who understand South Indian languages, as a significant portion of our influencer collaborations are South-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand's voice, values, and target audience.
Relationship Management & Campaign Support
- Help build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Support coordination of deliverables, timelines, and basic negotiations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Act as a point of coordination between influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.
Industry Research & Trend Tracking
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and evolving social media platforms.
- Assist with competitive benchmarking and audience analysis to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Track industry and consumer behavior trends to help keep content and partnerships relevant and effective.
