Influencer Marketing Intern

About the role:

We are a fast-growing E-commerce brand (Cretikpanda) seeking a social media-savvy intern. Your primary goal is to build our influencer pipeline. You will spend your day scouting the best creators on Instagram/YouTube and initiating the first contact. This is a high-volume role perfect for someone who wants to learn how digital marketing works from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Scouting: spending hours on Instagram/YouTube to find creators who match our brand aesthetic and have real engagement.
• Converting Interested influencers into partners. Your goal is to negotiate the best rates or high-value barter deals.
• Vetting: Checking follower counts, engagement rates, and comments to ensure the influencers are genuine (not fake followers).
• Bulk Outreach: Sending 50+ DMs and Emails daily using our templates to initiate interest.
• Data Management: rigorous updating of Google Sheets (entering names, profile links, and contact status).
• Asset Collection: Following up with influencers to get raw video files and saving them to our Drive folders.

Requirements:

Social Media Addict You should know the trending sounds, hashtags, and creator niches.

Highly Organised: You will be handling hundreds of leads; therefore, proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel is required.

Fast Typer: Ability to send messages quickly without spelling errors.

Basic English Proficiency: Professional enough to send the initial brand introduction.

Freshers/College Students are welcome.

Working Details:

Stipend: 8,000 15,000 per month (Plus Performance Incentives)

Location: Rohini Sector 18 (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (6 Days a week)

Duration: 3 Months (Convertible to Full-Time Job based on performance)
