Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern – Bengali
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Intern (Bengali) to help build and manage our influencer network in the Tamil market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Bengali and English, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify Bengali content creators and influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate collaborations, and maintain healthy relationships.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including onboarding, content planning, approvals, and execution.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely content publishing.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends in the Tamil market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in Bengali and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
