Management Trainee - Influencer Marketing

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Training Period and Growth Opportunity:

The role begins with a 3 months training period with a stipend of 15,000 per month.

Upon successful completion of your training period, You CTC per will be 3 LPA.

If you've spent the last year stalking influencers not for gossip, but to onboard them for

campaigns you might just be our next teammate.

What you'll do:

– Discover and onboard influencers across categories and platforms

– Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers

– Coordinate contracts, briefs, and ensure timely delivery of content

– Maintain updated influencer databases and category-wise segmentation

– Work closely with campaign managers to match the right talent with the right brands

What we're looking for:

– Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer landscape

– Great communication and people skills (because you'll be dealing with a LOT of people )

– Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep your cool during campaign chaos

– Excel/Google Sheets should be your best friend or at least a friendly neighbour
