About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to own and drive influencer partnerships end to end, from identifying the right creators to executing high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Outreach and Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Content Collaboration: Co-develop content with creators that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and continuously optimize based on data.
• Budget and Negotiation: Manage budgets, negotiate partnerships, and ensure every collaboration is ROI-driven.
• Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to keep TSC's influencer strategy sharp and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in influencer or social media marketing, preferably for a D2C or consumer tech brand.
• Strong grasp of influencer ecosystems, content strategies, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with creators and agencies alike.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
