About The Role
RENÉE Cosmetics is looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to support and
execute creator-led campaigns for one of India's fastest-growing beauty brands.
In this role, you will collaborate with influencers, talent managers, and internal teams to bring
engaging brand campaigns to life across social media platforms. You will help build strong
creator relationships, coordinate campaign deliverables, and ensure smooth communication
between influencers and the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Identify and onboard relevant beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers aligned with
RENÉE's brand voice and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Conduct influencer outreach and manage communication for potential collaborations.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including
outreach, negotiation, briefing, and content delivery.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure influencer deliverables are posted as per schedule.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams to align campaign goals and
messaging.
Content & Collaboration
- Work with influencers and the marketing team to ideate and execute creative content
concepts.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral and campaign assets in collaboration with
creators.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports and insights.
- Analyze campaign metrics and support data-driven decisions to improve future
campaigns and maximize ROI
