Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview :

This role focuses on the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, nurturing creator partnerships, and driving affiliate program performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about leveraging influencer-led strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:

• Identify and build relationships with micro and macro influencers across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle segments.
• Negotiate collaborations, affiliate deals, and promotional activities with influencers.
• Ensure influencers adhere to Nykaa's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Campaign Execution:

• Plan and execute affiliate-driven campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Track campaign progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on performance metrics and insights.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze data from affiliate and influencer campaigns to measure effectiveness.
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to optimize campaigns.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate with tech teams for affiliate platform management and issue resolution.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors affiliate programs, and emerging influencer opportunities.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content is a plus.
