Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying relevant influencers, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving engagement through influencer marketing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, connect, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and campaign agreements.
- Monitor influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaign planning and content strategy.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all influencer campaigns.
- Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights with management.
Skills & Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling influencer outreach and collaboration management.
- Knowledge of social media trends, engagement metrics, and content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
