About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who understands creator culture, internet trends, and relationship management at scale. This role is ideal for someone who can build and maintain a strong network of nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across categories like beauty, fashion, healthcare, innerwear, beverages, alcobev, lifestyle, and more.

You will be responsible for executing influencer campaigns end-to-end — from sourcing the right creators to ensuring smooth coordination, timely deliverables, and high-quality execution across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Database Management

  • Build and maintain a strong database of influencers across multiple niches and regions
  • Identify relevant creators based on brand goals, audience demographics, and campaign objectives
  • Continuously update influencer lists, engagement data, pricing benchmarks, and creator insights
  • Maintain relationships with nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers

Campaign Coordination and Exectuion

  • Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations, barter campaigns, paid partnerships, events, and shoots
  • Handle end-to-end communication including outreach, negotiations, briefing, follow-ups, timelines, and approvals
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns with minimal friction and high accountability
  • Track deliverables and ensure content goes live as per timelines and brand guidelines

Strategy & trend Mapping

  • Research creator trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging influencer categories
  • Suggest relevant creators and collaboration formats for different client brands
  • Assist in conceptualising influencer-led campaigns and UGC strategies
  • Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and creator economy trends

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain campaign trackers, influencer reports, and performance sheets
  • Coordinate internally with brand managers, content teams, and clients
  • Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, saves, shares, and creator performance
  • Prepare post-campaign summaries and influencer recommendation reports

Experience & background

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or social media
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Experience working across multiple brand categories is a plus
  • Based in Gurgaon

Nice to Have

  • Existing influencer network across Beauty, fashion, alcobev, or lifestyle sectors
  • Understanding of content production workflows
  • Experience managing barter + paid influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with UGC and creator-led performance content
