Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Influencer Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns end-to-end from identifying the right creators to executing and delivering high-performing content.

This role requires someone who can think beyond scouting and take full accountability for campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Scouting & Shortlisting

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, and brand fit
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators

2. Outreach & Negotiation

• Reach out to influencers and manage communication
• Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines
• Close deals aligned with campaign budgets

3. Campaign Execution

• Share briefs and coordinate with influencers for content creation
• Ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging
• Manage timelines from onboarding to content going live

4. Content Coordination

• Work closely with the content team/POC for scripts and video approvals
• Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables

5. Tracking & Reporting

• Track campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions)
• Maintain campaign data and reports in CRM/tools
• Share insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• High ownership and accountability mindset
• Organized and comfortable with tools/CRM systems
• Prior experience in influencer marketing is preferred
