We are looking for a highly driven and creator-savvy professional to lead creator onboarding and growth for a fast-scaling live commerce program. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, performance-driven thinking, and the ability to identify creators with strong sales potential and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential creators across relevant categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and management teams.
- Drive creator performance by focusing on GMV growth, conversion potential, and campaign scalability.
- Analyze creator performance metrics and continuously optimize the creator portfolio.
- Coordinate end-to-end creator onboarding, communication, negotiations, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and creator success.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of emerging and established creators aligned with business goals.
- Track industry trends, creator performance benchmarks, and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or live commerce.
- Strong understanding of creator analytics, engagement metrics, and commerce-driven performance.
- Ability to identify creators with high monetization and GMV potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong ownership mindset and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creator commerce, affiliate ecosystems, or live selling programs.
- Existing network of creators, agencies, or talent managers is a strong plus.
